Well, although it is interesting I am not sure if it's really worth driving so far. If you are just driving by, then why not visit it. But otherwise, it's just some carvings on the rock but still interesting to see how older generation made art.
Yet another historic place in Qatar, went out looking for the rock carvings but couldn't exactly locate the carvings. The place was dig up for archeological purpose and came through some rock formations. The place is protected and maintained by Qatar Museums.
This is a very lovely place. It's one of my favorite places. It's a very beautiful and peaceful spot, and I sincerely request that if you visit, please don't spoil this wonderful place. Don't litter, don't make noise, just respect this …
