You dont need tickets. Simply go to the outdoor area in the middle of the mall or watch from the many balconies around. They announce before it starts
Definitely a place to visit because of the stunning architecture and the mall is truly unique and massive , there are mainly high end brands so keep the pockets deep as for the fountains they were very average and short but worth visiting for a few pics and videos
