I have been going to spinning classes for almost a year with volume. It changed me a lot, this place is a community not just a spinning studio. The coaches, the owners are so warmly welcoming. If you do want to give it a try please do and believe you will never regret it.
A Game Changer, can't say enough good things, The atmosphere is electric, lovely coaches, great music and inspiring.
