تقع عيادة Dr. Bassem Safadi في منطقة مشيرب في الدوحة. يستقبل المكان الزوار من الأحد إلى الخميس من 8 صباحًا إلى 8 مساءً ويُغلق يوم السبت والجمعة. يتعامل الزوار مع فريق متعاون. يوفر المكان مواقف سيارات ودورات المياه لراحة الزوار. لمستخدمي الكراسي المتحركة، يوفر المكان مدخلًا مهيأً، موقف سيارات مهيأ ودورة مياه مهيأة. تتطلب الخدمة موعدًا مسبقًا، لذا يُفضَّل الاتصال قبل الحضور.
