Wheelchair users can count on a step-free entrance, accessible parking and an accessible toilet. Hours of operation: Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, closed on Saturday and Friday.

It’s excellent all the time
Biometrics and Passport submission/collection center. Quick service and separate section for each country. Very good arrangement inside but the parking is a bit of a hassle. Not sure what the basement parking option is for.
Very good experience, I went for Biometrics for Canada immigration. Everything went smooth. My appointment was for 13:10, I was done with everything by 13:30.
