Mochi ice cream, done as a specialty rather than a sideline. Each piece is a sphere of soft, chewy glutinous rice dough wrapped tightly around a core of ice cream, so you get the pull of the mochi and then the cold centre. The flavour list runs through salted caramel, lychee, chocolate, passion fruit, lime, blueberry and matcha.
The mochi was so fresh and amazing. Unique flavours, delicious. Definetly recommend!
