Biscotti is located at the heart of Grand Hyatt’s heart where the lobby is. Quite height ceilings and such a spacious place with lots of elegance. Staff members tried their best to serve me despite showing up a bit late and insisted to be kind. Coffee was tasty and seats are truly comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely loved it there
