Was given this contact from Samsonite. Went with old overnight suitcase with broken handle. They could easily have told me it couldn’t be repaired (too old, no parts,etc). Instead they took it away and fixed on the spot for a VERY reasonable deal. Honest, fast and good. What more. Do you want ?!
