Kempinski has genuinely been amazing to live here. The service is excellent — the staff are always attentive and make everything easy. What really stands out for me is the gym, it’s well equipped and always well maintained, so it’s become part of my daily routine. Overall a great place to call home.
The atmosphere was brilliant. The staff from the porters to the top management was amazing. They all made sure that all our needs were met. The business center is fully equipped. The restaurant The Gourmet has delicious pastries. All in all it was an experience that will be repeated again and again.

The kids loves to play at the playroom. Sheila and jarmie are very accomodating with the kids. Kids are always excited to come and play at the playroom. The staff usually give gifts whenever there are events like the garangau day was the best.They have fun games and activities for the kids.
I highly recommend Jarmie and Shiela from the playroom since they’re really doing great with my kids. They love and enjoy going there all the time. Also, Hannah from the gym. She is very friendly and welcoming. They’re the reason our stay in Kempinski is amazing and living here as a family.
Francis taught me how to swim from zero. He’s patient explains everything clearly and makes you feel safe in the water even if you are scared at first.in just a few lessons I went from holding wall to actually swimming laps. Highly recommend him to anyone who want to learn or over come fear of water. THANK YOU Francis
