The hotel is close to souq waqif. You can just walk there. It is also easy to find. The receptionist was kind enough to assist us with uber for us to get to the airport early in the morning. It was a pleasant stay for a short trip.
Actually I have a booking this hotel but I went late around 3am.mohammad in reception he said room was full,you didn’t pay advance so they sell I am totally agree but as a receptionist rude,temper attitude is not a good sign for …
First of all, I would like to thank Mr Monshed, Mr Kennedy and Mr Ismail. They are truly sincere and helpful. It is also a pleasure to meet such lovely people. I would also like to thank the gentleman in charge of room service.
The room was a sanctuary —spotlessly clean, remarkably quiet, and featuring one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

I was at room 403 4th floor,i was trying to reached the receptionist more than 10 times calls,and when i go down i found there is 1 receptionist girl,1 guard,and 1 name NESTOR he have a very bad attitude towards me,when i said no one answer …
2 O clock checkin. When reach there is no room. I asked to staff then they were angry. Staff doesn’t know how to behave with customers.

The bathroom was smelling horrible and the ceiling was dripping with mould - would not recommend unless you’re desperate. The location was really good though.

I had a problem before then i complained and my dear friend alan in the reception helped me and assured it will not happen again he is a good worker and excellent customer service
