It was good experience overall. The room was good, toilet was also good with some improvements require were needed in terms of furniture basin was leaking with water which was pouring down on floor. Also, it was difficult to use basin due to this issue. No place to put soap properly. Lift was small.only 3 people can adjust in.

The reception staff was good and helpful. Even though my booking through third party app and there was glitch but third party kindly resolved that issue. I have to wait and communicate with third party but luckily they resolved.

Due cancellation of my flight to Rome, I requested an early check-in and was charged 50 QAR for it. The receptionist of Indian origin was exceptionally rude, and the housekeeping staff behaved in an extremely humiliating manner.I will never go and not recommend to anyone.

Worst room I have ever stayed in. No hygiene at all, no WiFi, and the bathroom was not working properly. There was also a very bad smell coming from the room. The reception staff was very rude, especially the Sri Lankan guy at the front desk. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was actually clean, not like other opinions said. The air-conditioning was at first hard to turn off, but after some research with Google Gemini I have found the solution. We did not take breakfast as taking a 10 minute walk to eat one of the best ones in town was more convincing.

Room is quite big, well equipped. We didn’t get second towel, as we asked. Breakfast was really poor. Staff was pleasant.
