The Texas A&M University in Doha, Qatar is a great place. Yes, it's the Middle East. But, they have instructors there from the United States who really try to educate the students. They naturally specialize in Engineering. I use to work there and absolutely loved my time in Qatar.
Texas A&M Qatar is a nice building located in Education city and venue of the University branch. It is a 2 story building with a large central yard, classrooms, offices, labs and conferences halls. Located in a nice and quiet place, next to other schools.
