The service
Sultanluxe provides, through Sultanluxe, a service for creating digital QR menus for venues and a local business directory. We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Accounts
You agree to give accurate information and keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Venue content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the items, prices, photos and text you publish and for holding the rights to use them. You must follow the local food and advertising rules of your country.
The local directory
Directory information is gathered from public sources and from venue owners and may not always be accurate or current. We make reasonable efforts to correct it when we receive feedback, but we do not guarantee that it is complete.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
- Do not publish abusive or misleading content or content that infringes others' rights.
- Do not try to hack or disrupt the site or collect its data with unauthorised automated means.
Intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you upload and give us a limited licence to display it through the service. The site, its design and software belong to Sultanluxe.
Free service
The Sultanluxe services described on this site are provided free of charge.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and it may stop occasionally for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Sultanluxe is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and ask to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is used, and the competent courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Changes to the terms
We may change these terms and will show the date of the latest update at the bottom of the page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
